Letting Go

When life weighs you down, it can feel like a physical burden. That heavy sensation often settles in our bodies, making it hard to move forward. This simple exercise can help you release that weight, bringing a sense of lightness and fluidity back into your day.

The detailed instructions are below the video.

  • Stand up with your feet parallel and hip-width apart. Keep your knees slightly bent and your back straight. Let your arms hang loosely by your sides, and gently close your eyes if you feel comfortable.

  • Inhale deeply through your nose and feel growing taller from the crown of your head.

  • Hold your breath for a moment. Keeping your legs stable, begin to gently rotate your upper body from side to side. Allow your arms and head to follow the movement naturally.

  • Let go of anything that's weighing you down, you can also repeat in your mind "I'm letting go" or whichever sentence resonates.

  • Exhale slowly through your mouth as you gradually return to your starting position. Feel the release and a renewed sense of ease.

  • Repeat this movement three times. Each time, focus on the sensation of releasing tension and letting go.

Notice how your body feels. Notice any sense of space or lightness. Even a small movement can help you shift from feeling stuck to feeling open and ready for what’s next.
