Sometimes, life feels like it’s closing in and you can’t see a way forward. That stuck feeling can show up in your body as tension or tightness. This gentle movement is designed to help you open up, release what’s holding you back, and invite new possibilities.

Stand with your feet hip-width apart. Cross your arms tightly over your chest, as if you’re holding yourself back. Take a moment to notice any tension or heaviness.

Inhale deeply through your nose. As you breathe in, slowly uncross your arms and open them wide to your sides, palms facing forward. Imagine you’re pushing away invisible barriers and making space for something new.

Hold your breath for a moment. Feel the openness in your chest and shoulders. Visualize a path unfolding in front of you, clear and inviting.

Exhale slowly through your mouth as you sweep your arms down and out, letting go of any stuck or heavy feelings. Imagine the path ahead becoming even clearer.

Repeat this movement three times. With each repetition, silently affirm: “I am opening to new possibilities.”
Notice how your body feels. Notice any sense of space or lightness. Even a small movement can help you shift from feeling stuck to feeling open and ready for what’s next.
